Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dinachiapparel@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please submit a return request for your original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet our standard return conditions by being unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The return is due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
